A site, Lot No. 4076 in Demarcation District No. 91 at the junction of Fan Kam Road and Castle Peak Road – Kwu Tung, Fanling, New Territories, in the 2021-22 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender. CHFT expected the total valuation of the land is around HK$1.73-1.85 billion. The tender invitation for the lot will close on June 25.
The site area of about 163,699 square feet and is certain to attract around 15 developers based on a valuation of HK$530-590 million.
